Educating youth about the culture

  Shaka kaSenzangakhona, also known as Shaka Zulu and Sigidi kaSenzangakhona, was the founder of the Zulu Kingdom from 1816 to 1828. He was one of the most influential monarchs of the Zulu, responsible for re-organizing the military into a formidable force via a series of wide-reaching and influential reforms.

  South Africa’s diverse mix of cultures, ethnic groups and religions has given rise to a variety of traditional dress. In African cultures for example, age and social standing is reflected in the clothes a person wears.

  Cultural activities  make it possible to generate bonds of union between members of the same community. They transmit beliefs, customs, traditions and knowledge from generation to generation; through art, dance, poetry, music, clothing, gastronomy, theater, literature.

  Install uniform leadership practices. Identify the way in which your leaders will interact with their constituents. Install and refine recruitment and hiring processes. Develop an internal talent management system educating and promoting from within where possible. Acknowledge a job well done.  Implement a mentoring system among your newly-hired employees. First instruct the employee, then guide them in that instruction. This process helps to reduce human error and eliminate mediocrity.

The importance of culture, one has to consider its role   in people’s everyday lives . Because culture affects how people behave and interact with each other, it helps you build relationships with others when you understand other cultures and perspectives.
